Our philosophy is to seek the solutions chosen by clients, but to assist clients in making the best, most realistic decisions.
We work with the client to create an agreement of what is to be accomplished and how much it will cost. We operate on a flat fee basis, so there are no hourly charges. Clients pay court fees associated with their case. Every case is different, so fees are negotiable.
